Descrizione
Boasting the legendary sound of the Deluxe Brown-panelled valve amplifiers that came out of California in the sixties, the VS Audio Blackbird Deluxe doesn't just serve as a tube-style overdrive, but a tight preamp. A fat expansion of the standard Blackbird amp-in-a-box, this Deluxe edition can be teamed up with a compatible power amp to convincingly mimic the dynamic response and natural compression of the iconic, Californian-made valve amps of old, so you're treated to a wide array of light and clean overdrives and an organic dynamic response. Meanwhile, onboard bias tremolo is based on JFET and Mosfet technology and lays on sweet, vintage-flavoured tremolo. Dial everything in via the Drive, Tone, Speed and Intensity pots before setting the output level via the Volume pot and, to give the headroom a hefty level up, simply swap out a 9 Volt power supply for an 18 Volt power supply. And, so the Blackbird Deluxe can be combined with other pedals, it even comes fitted with an effects loop.
